Tea in the Garden

Welcome to Tea in my Garden!  What a fun time we had putting this breakfast tea for two together.  The fruit of our labors was well worth the effort!   We started outside so we could enjoy this view of our majestic Pikes Peak, but the morning breeze quickly turned to wind!
Lets go inside, to my sunroom, it’s nice and warm in there and without the wind.
My own orange almond crescent rolls
 are waiting for you.
Go ahead, have more than one, they are so good!

I have paired them with Lipton’s New Island Mango Peach White Tea – Yummy!

I’m using some of my favorite old chintz cups.   They are James Kent Ltd., made in England, “Du Berry” pattern.
I’ve never had the saucers for them so I paired the cups with these pretty little plates.

Thank you for coming to tea with me today, I have enjoyed our visit.   Others are having tea today too, you can visit them at http://bernideensteatimeblog.blogspot.com/ and http://theplumedpen.blogspot.com/2011/05/85th-tuesday-tea-for-two.html and http://www.marthasfavorites.com/ and http://sandimyyellowdoor.blogspot.com/

  2. A porch tea! Lovely! Even if the wind does drive you inside…at least you were outside a bit.
Your tea must have been delicious. The James Kent chintz cups are so gorgeous! Thank you for showing the backstamp…as I have never seen one before from J.K. company.
Thank you so much for sharing with us.
    Hugs,
