Its been so long since I’ve played with my blog that I’ve forgotten how to add new pictures! LOL! Seriously. I figured out how to repost old pics so I chose these. I hope you like them. This banner was from a Fall Swap I participated in a few years ago. It was so much fun I want to do it again!
It’s almost fall, my favorite time of year. It’s a time of change and boy I’m feeling the need for change. In just a few days my Sweet William and I will be making this trip to Vail again. I hope the trees will be as vibrant. I look so forward to it and this year I was able to talk him in to adding another day to our little get away!
(We go for his annual conference/training – I get to R E L A X)
Adding another day gives him 2 days to relax as well. I plan on catching up on some reading, and probably some zzzz’s while he’s in training.
Time goes so fast. So much has happened in my little corner of the world. I posted just a few posts back about changes in our family. Some of those were temporary – my daughter is reunited with her kiddos and they are living happily – not here! Just Kidding! I love them dearly, but it’s a very trying time to live with your adult children and their children. Other changes became permanent, and I now can say I have 6 girls, not just 4. How could I be so blessed!
There is a big change I am ready for, I am praying about, I’m trying to make a way for…
I really want to quit my job (my steady paycheck & benefit job) and work my booth, make my crafts, blog my blog, do ministry work, and love on my family. Not that I don’t do all of these things already, I just want to do them better. Without the nag of having to leave my home to go to work, doing something I don’t want to do while leaving the things I want to do undone. Make sense? Have any of you done this? Made a change so you can live your passion? Any words of wisdom? I’d love to hear it.

Loving the cool Fall banner, very nice. days to relax are always good and if you can squeeze an extra day in, well go for it. Can't help you with the other dilemma though, I've been retired for a couple of years now. Good luck with whatever yu decide.

Hi dear friend! It's so good to stop in for a visit! Can you believe how quickly summer went by and now autumn is upon us. Thinking of you, dear one, and keeping you in my prayers as you make some decisions. Thank you for sharing this wonderful post with Roses of Inspiration. Have a lovely week! Hugs!
