It’s time to change my booth up a bit. I’ve painted since the last time I shared pictures. I’ve added more and changed some things around a bit.
Got rid of most of the pink and added beige and white. Sorry about the pictures. I didn’t have my camera, just had my phone. The pictures always come out yellowish, even after playing with it on Picasa.
People always want to buy my display pieces. I’m thinking of going ahead and putting a price on some of them. I figure if they sell then I can bring in something different and “keep it fresh.” What do think about selling display pieces?
My booth is long and narrow. It’s about 12 feet wide by 22 long. I shared a picture of the length here. It’s in the front row of the American Classics Marketplace in Colorado Springs, a really good spot.
I sell something almost everyday, they use software that sends out an email at the end of the business day to let you know what has sold that day. That way I know what I need to bring in – soon!
Someone bought the apron off of my mannequin and left her half naked. I wrapped a tablecloth around her, for temporary cover! Silly I know. She is for sale though.
Here are a couple of pieces that I posted about recently. Both are already gone. I’ll have to go rearrange some things so it won’t look bare there while my honey and I work on the next couple of projects. It’s hard sometimes because we both work full time and have a family. But we do enjoy the whole thing. The louvered closet doors are dividers between me an the booth next to me. They are great to hang things from.
