Encouraging and Equipping Women through Biblical Discipleship

Yellow leaves, blues skies, crisp clean air

Just spent the loveliest weekend with my Sweet William in Vail.  People ask me what is there to do in Vail when it isn’t snowing…  nothing… everything… whatever thing you want…
We spent a little time outdoors!    Here are some pictures of the beauty of Autumn in Colorado.   Hope you enjoy these pics as much as I enjoyed taking them!

This photo is looking down on some Aspen Trees from inside a Gondola.  We rode it to the top of the Mountain.  The views were spectacular!
Shot looking behind us.  Because I was am terrified of heights, SW took the picture.  I just have to keep my eyes forward, not looking up, down or all around!  I do it afraid, because I love him so!  He does so many things that I like to do, even if he doesn’t like to.
Love the contrast.
At the top of Vail Mountain we could see this beautiful valley and Mount of the Holy Cross in the background.   Simply breathtaking.
We hiked down.  3 1/2 miles on an intermediate trail.  It was rough, I won’t lie.  We’re not avid hikers so it took over two hours to get down to the bottom of the trail.  It may have had something to do with my picture taking – or picture taking was just an excuse to “catch my breath”
Just one more, okay 5 more, pictures I want to share!   Have a beautiful Fall dear friends.

Hi I'm Jo!

Welcome to my blog!  I write about my own experiences in my walk with Jesus.     I am saved by the grace of God through his son Jesus and filled with the Holy Spirit.  I sit in the seat next to you at church. Praising, worshipping and learning right by your side.   If I am not in the service, I most likely can be found cooking up something in the church kitchen.  Come along with me and worship the Lord!  Let us exalt His name together!  If you’d like to receive notifications of new posts in your inbox, please leave your information below.
